Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection guidelines.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Some products (such as sale, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
