Return and Refund Policy

At Kiktoz, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection guidelines.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Some products (such as sale, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used, damaged, or misused items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
